We are based in Georgia. Because our services are also aimed at businesses in the European Union, we follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted and delivered by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. On every visit, Netlify automatically processes technical data sent by your browser: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the page you came from.

This is necessary to deliver the site securely and without errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in stable and secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not analyse this data or combine it with other data.

Netlify processes the data in the USA. Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, so the European Commission’s adequacy decision applies to the transfer (Art. 45 GDPR). More in Netlify’s privacy policy.

Contact form

When you write to us via the form, we process what you enter: name, company, email address or phone number and your message. If you put together your app beforehand, that selection is included in the message.

The form is processed by Netlify (see above). Your details are stored there, automatically checked for spam and forwarded to us. Your IP address is recorded in the process.

We only use your details to answer your request and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Once the request is settled, we delete it unless legal retention obligations require otherwise. We regularly delete the entries stored at Netlify.

Contact by email, WhatsApp or Telegram

If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If you message us via WhatsApp or Telegram, your messages run through those services: WhatsApp belongs to Meta, and its provider in the EU is WhatsApp Ireland Limited in Dublin. Telegram is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The providers’ own privacy policies also apply, and data may be processed outside the EU. Whether you use these channels is up to you. The form and email work just as well.

No cookies, no analytics

This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services. That’s why there’s no cookie banner. All content, including fonts and images, comes from our own server.

Encryption

The site is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS). You can tell by the padlock in your browser’s address bar.

Your rights

You can request at any time:

• access to the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• your data in a common format (Art. 20 GDPR)
• objection to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR)

Just write to us at team@otves.ge. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example in the EU country where you live or work (Art. 77 GDPR).
